Inspired by memories of the South of France Vanessa’s original selection of pastries, savory and wine Handcrafted at the Pâtisserie Pastries | Savory | Coffee | Tea | Events | Wine | Breakfast | Lunch | Brunch | Early Dinner.While growing up in the South of France, Vanessa was always cooking and baking for her close ones. For her it was a way to express herself and delight others. Also, she always wanted to become an entrepreneur. After working in marketing in the prestige beauty industry for a few years, she went back to the South of France and completed an intensive pastry training program near her hometown in Marseille, in Aix-en-Provence, with Anna Notari from L’Atelier des Chefs. Coming back to New York with a dream, everything started when Vanessa enrolled in an Incubator program at Hot Bread Kitchen. From creating the recipes, doing the deliveries, partnering with new clients, and creating her own unique concept, Vanessa wanted to pursue her dream and worked endless hours.
