Meredith Waga Perez began her career as a fashion designer after graduating from Parsons School of Design in New York and Paris. Having honed her aesthetic sensibilities in the world of couture, her love for texture, color and composition reflect the romantic, classically modern style upon which the Belle Fleur brand is built. Her genuine passion for all things floral has been validated by a loyal and impressive following of discerning clients.

Together, with her business partner and mother, Marilyn Waga, Belle Fleur blossomed into one of Manhattan’s most sought-after floral and event design firms. They are noted for their meticulous attention to detail, unyielding commitment to quality and an incomparable sense of beauty. Belle Fleur’s talent has caught the eye of the media with features in Harpers Bazaar, Vogue, Town & Country and The New York Times. They’ve appeared on The Today Show, The Food Network, TLC and most recently The Martha Stewart Show.
