Gen Nishino Videographer

Gen Nishino is a New York–based photographer and videographer whose work blends decades of editorial sophistication with a cinematic, deeply human sensibility. Born in Tokyo and raised in Saigon and the United States, Gen began his creative career as an editorial hairstylist in San Francisco, New York, and Paris. It was in Paris that he honed his photographic eye, eventually trading his scissors for a camera and bringing an instinct for beauty, character, and transformation into every frame. His photography has appeared in ELLE, Marie Claire, Vogue, Madame Figaro, Cosmopolitan, Playboy, Getty Images, Kempinsky Hotels, Toshiba campaigns and others, while his work for high-profile clients has taken him around the world.
