Since I could remember, I loved baking with my mother. I guess she realized how much I enjoyed creating in the kitchen because by the age of 11, I was the lucky owner of a Mrs. Fields and two Easy Bake ovens

After Highschool I attended Le Corden Bleu Culinary Institute And In the year of 2008 I received my Pastry Arts Diploma from The Award Winning International Culinary Center. After working In A handful of bakeries and cafes’ I decided it was time to take a leap of faith and turn my lifelong dreams into reality.
